the mill as an enormous engine of interaction, someone lends their intentions to their machine

someone becoming someone else, becoming part of the mill
someone stays up all night, someone waits with someone else in a corner

the mill signaling, through its structure, all the windows, glass and bricks
all the hands that touched this court, and corridors, every hand that ever pushed the wheels of the mill's machines
people become parts of an engine, the days and the nights repeat

every reverberating footfall, every conceivable presence
someone lends their intentions to their machine, someone becomes part of the mill
someone exceeds themselves, becoming part of the mill

the mill as an enormous engine of interaction, someone pushes a loom
one person, then another, enacting the force in this architecture

all the hands that touched this court, and corridors, interlocking across eras
the force of human hands against the mill's machines, flowing through the court

someone returns, someone watches the clouds
someone wanders off, opening themselves to time signatures
